🔍 Job Responsibilities
As an Analyst at HCLTech, you’ll play a key role in handling global employee operations and customer service support in Korean. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- 📞 Respond to Passenger Inquiries & Complaints via phone, email, and web — in Korean language
- 📁 Create SAP employee master data after completing all hiring parameters
- 🔄 Maintain and update employee master records — including promotions, mobility, compensation, etc.
- 💼 Process both travel and non-travel employee claims globally, following policy and within SLA timelines
- 💳 Handle travel advances (domestic & international), process disbursement, and account for advance payments
- 💬 Resolve employee queries via Smart Service Desk, email, communicator, or phone calls
- ✅ Validate all payroll input data before transferring it to SAP for salary processing
This role combines technical processing (SAP & payroll) with linguistic communication (Korean) — a rare and valuable combination for global enterprise functions.
