What You’ll Do
📞 Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Handle customer calls for technical issues, product problems, and feature requests
- Troubleshoot voice-related issues (VoIP, SIP, Unified Communications)
- Analyze SIP packets and resolve network/device issues
🎯 Ticket Management
- Create and manage tickets for reported issues
- Escalate complex problems to L2/L3 support
- Ensure SLA compliance for ticket resolution
🌐 Networking & VoIP Expertise
- Work with LAN/WAN and IP protocols
- Monitor proactive alarms and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain high login efficiency and first-call resolution rates
