HackerEarth Hiring Technical Engineer

HackerEarth is hiring Problem Setter Interns to create, test, and review coding problems for hackathons, challenges, and technical assessments. If you have a passion for algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving, this role is for you!

🔹 Job Responsibilities

✔️ Problem Creation: Develop algorithmic and math-based problems of varying difficulty.
✔️ Real-Life Coding Challenges: Create real-world programming questions.
✔️ Problem Testing & Review: Validate problems created by other setters and ensure they follow quality guidelines.
✔️ Code Stubs: Add partial codes in the editor to help candidates focus on logic rather than syntax.
✔️ Query Resolution: Respond to developer queries and suggestions on the platform.
✔️ Quality Check: Review HackerEarth’s existing question bank for technical errors.
✔️ Documentation & Collaboration: Work with the tech doc team to remove grammatical and contextual ambiguities.

🔹 Eligibility & Required Skills

✅ Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Mathematics.
✅ Active competitive programming profile on platforms like HackerEarth, Codeforces, CodeChef, SPOJ, or HackerRank.
✅ Experience in setting or testing problems for online judges is preferred.
