Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Software Development, you will be involved in building modern front-end interfaces using ReactJS. You will work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and internal stakeholders to create scalable and visually appealing applications.
This role gives you practical exposure to front-end architecture, component-based development, testing, performance optimization, and agile workflows, making it an ideal starting point for a long-term career in software engineering.
Key Responsibilities
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS
• Implement responsive design principles for optimal performance across devices
• Develop reusable React components and libraries for efficient development
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert mock-ups into functional UI components
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Conduct testing of front-end components to identify and fix bugs
• Optimize application performance through code optimization techniques
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web technologies and tools
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions
• Assist in debugging and resolving production issues when required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve internal applications
• Provide cross-functional support for a minimum of five days as required

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed with minimum 7.0 CGPA
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related disciplines
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of total experience are eligible
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of software manual testing and Agile methodology
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub
• Understanding of responsive web design principles
• Intermediate-level skills in JavaScript, CSS, and ReactJS
• Good technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for business purposes if required

Training Compensation & Salary Details
💰 Training Period (First 12 Months):
• ₹25,000 per month for Bachelor’s degree holders
• ₹30,000 per month for Master’s degree holders
• Performance-based incentive of ₹5,000 per month
Successful completion of the training and evaluation process will lead to a full-time employment opportunity with a revised salary package.
