📌 Job Responsibilities

✅ Manage Power Electronics & RF Coil manufacturing lines.
✅ Resolve quality issues on the production line.
✅ Ensure equipment calibration is done on schedule.
✅ Review and maintain calibration reports.
✅ Conduct verification & validation of equipment and processes.
✅ Prepare validation & verification reports.
✅ Support equipment installation & maintenance.
✅ Assist in ordering tools & equipment for manufacturing.
✅ Clear non-conforming material reports daily/weekly.
✅ Work with cross-functional & supplier quality teams for issue resolution.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers for rejected parts and rework.
✅ Prepare and update work instructions & device history records.
✅ Communicate engineering changes & document distributions.
✅ Train manufacturing teams on process changes.
✅ Develop solutions to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
✅ Support EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) activities.
✅ Maintain inventory of capital goods for manufacturing.
✅ Implement Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) solutions to simplify production.
✅ Drive Kaizen & Lean Action Work Outs for process improvement.
