Role & Responsibilities

✅ Act as the primary ERP system support contact at the site.
✅ Provide hands-on technical & functional ERP support to end users.
✅ Troubleshoot ERP system errors and operational issues.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
✅ Perform data validation, data corrections, and minor configurations.
✅ Monitor ERP system performance and escalate critical issues.
✅ Assist in UAT scenarios and key user training for site operations.
✅ Maintain documentation for site-specific ERP processes.
✅ Identify and implement process improvements & automation.

Required Qualifications

🎓 Minimum:
✔️ 2-4 years of experience in ERP support (site-level experience preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of core business processes like procurement, inventory, production, and finance.
✔️ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Baan V, Oracle, Infor, etc.).
✔️ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
✔️ Basic understanding of ITIL processes (incident & change management).
✔️ Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and ERP reporting tools.
