• 📋 Case Management: Support the Ethics and POSH case lifecycle by ensuring reported cases are handled timely and aligned with global compliance standards.
• 📊 Data Management: Develop, monitor, and report case management metrics using Case Management Tools.
• 📝 Drafting & Process Handling: Assist in drafting processes for investigations and working closely with investigators for case resolution.
• 🎓 Training & Awareness: Contribute to POSH & Ethics training programs, including content development, session delivery, and tracking progress.
