Role Overview – 1st Level Associate Engineer

The 1st Level Associate Engineer role is responsible for end-to-end monitoring, incident management, and operations support for Ericsson’s financial platforms. The role demands proactive problem-solving, adherence to SLAs, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end monitoring of applications and financial platforms
  • Triaging alarms and reviewing performance dashboards
  • Handling customer calls and emails related to incidents
  • Managing user access and application nodes
  • Creating trouble tickets for deviations and assigning to concerned teams
  • Raising emergency change requests during critical incidents
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to expedite incident resolution
  • Maintaining logs, documentation, and adherence to SLA standards
