Role Overview – 1st Level Associate Engineer
The 1st Level Associate Engineer role is responsible for end-to-end monitoring, incident management, and operations support for Ericsson’s financial platforms. The role demands proactive problem-solving, adherence to SLAs, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end monitoring of applications and financial platforms
- Triaging alarms and reviewing performance dashboards
- Handling customer calls and emails related to incidents
- Managing user access and application nodes
- Creating trouble tickets for deviations and assigning to concerned teams
- Raising emergency change requests during critical incidents
- Collaborating with stakeholders to expedite incident resolution
- Maintaining logs, documentation, and adherence to SLA standards
