Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design & implement complex web application features using React.js, Redux, and Ant Design.
🔹 Build high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components.
🔹 Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI.
🔹 Optimize performance & responsiveness of applications.
🔹 Work closely with designers & product managers.
🔹 Debug & fix existing codebase issues.

Requirements
💡 Must-Have Experience:
✔️ 0-3 years of full-time experience in React.js, Next.js & Redux.
✔️ Deep understanding of React.js hooks, Context API, HOC, and performance optimization.
✔️ Strong experience with RESTful APIs & asynchronous request handling.
✔️ Expertise in Redux, including managing side effects with Redux-Saga.
✔️ Modern JavaScript (ES6+) skills (async/await, closures, destructuring, etc.).
✔️ Build tools: Hands-on experience with Webpack.
