Role Overview
As a Data Analyst I, you will support the Lifecycle Services team by managing and analyzing Install Base (IB) data. This includes collecting, validating, organizing, and maintaining data to support business development, reporting, and decision-making processes.
The role also focuses on business process improvement, giving you exposure to automation techniques and modern data tools that improve efficiency and accuracy in workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Install Base data, including collection, validation, and organization
- Maintain and update valve information, modifications, and obsolescence data
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance
- Generate reports for spares, repairs, and business insights
- Analyze repair reports and extract key insights such as upgrade recommendations
- Convert paper-based records into digital formats for better accessibility
- Support automation initiatives to streamline manual processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration and reporting
- Monitor team communications to gather additional data and ensure accuracy
- Use tools and systems to improve data workflows and optimize processes

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data handling)
- Basic knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and cleaning
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
