Roles and Responsibilities
As an Early Career Trainee, you will:
- Implement cybersecurity guidelines for applications hosted in Baker’s cloud infrastructure.
- Assist customers and deployment teams in following cloud security best practices.
- Define frameworks and tools for maintaining application security with the Product Architecture team.
- Collaborate with security architects to manage product vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Lead incident response processes and track product cyber risks with meaningful metrics.
- Conduct vulnerability monitoring and threat modeling to reduce attack surfaces.
- Respond to customer penetration tests, queries, and incident reports.
- Assist with achieving ISO 27001, SOC certifications, and compliance goals.
- Ensure security audits are conducted and best practices are implemented.
- Provide on-call support and guide internal security teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying should:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Possess knowledge of Azure or AWS cybersecurity.
- Have experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, and databases.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Have graduated within the last 24 months with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Be legally eligible to work in India without sponsorship.
