Role Overview
As an AI Automation Engineer I, you will join the Cloud Platform Engineering Department and play a key role in bridging traditional automation systems with modern Generative AI capabilities.
This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-enabled workflows and autonomous agents using technologies such as:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- AWS Bedrock
- n8n (workflow orchestration tool)
- Jenkins and DevOps toolchains
- AWS Cloud and Microsoft ecosystem
You will collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks that reduce manual processes and accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ AI Workflow Development
- Support the development of AI-enabled automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Assist in integrating generative AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
2️⃣ Generative AI & Agent Integration
- Work with AWS Bedrock and Agent Core to implement LLM-driven automation and intelligent agent workflows.
- Contribute to building reusable AI-powered automation components.
3️⃣ Workflow Orchestration
- Develop event-driven and API-based automations using n8n.
- Connect enterprise systems and orchestrate complex business processes.
4️⃣ Python-Based Automation
- Develop lightweight automation scripts and services using Python.
- Extend automation capabilities beyond low-code tools.
5️⃣ DevOps & CI/CD Participation
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and standard DevOps practices.
- Assist in deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting across environments.
6️⃣ Monitoring & Optimization
- Track performance of AI workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft and AWS ecosystems.
- Ensure reliability, security, and operational excellence.
7️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
- Work closely with product owners, platform teams, and senior engineers.

Required Qualifications
- BTech / BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of foundational experience in software engineering, AI automation, or cloud-based development.
- Working knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, n8n preferred).
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and API integration.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins) and Git.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS services, especially AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with workflow orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Internship or project experience delivering AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience with ReactJS or TypeScript (added advantage).
- A proactive “builder mindset” and eagerness to explore emerging AI technologies.
