Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service requests and transform them into support tickets.
- Validate incident coverage and customer information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues like password resets and software configurations.
- Use remote tools to diagnose technical problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues and communicate next steps.
- Monitor and update tickets via the Universal Work Queue.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base entries.
