Role Overview
As a Junior Software Developer at Decisions, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications on the company’s business automation platform. You will gain hands-on experience building production-level code while learning best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP), software design, and modern web development frameworks.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to apply their technical knowledge, work in a professional software development environment, and contribute to impactful enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers to build and support software applications.
- Analyze requirements and design software using object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Develop and maintain the Decisions business automation platform.
- Participate in performance testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of applications.
- Contribute to production-level code within your first months, with guidance from senior engineers.
