Role Overview
The Software Engineer Graduate role at Cyncly is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build scalable applications and gain expertise in modern software engineering practices. You’ll work under mentorship, learning full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality and maintainable code using C# and .NET.
- Work across the full stack: front-end (Angular) and back-end services.
- Learn and apply Microsoft Cloud technologies, particularly Azure services.
- Use AI-enabled coding tools while strengthening core programming fundamentals.
- Follow engineering processes, including Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
- Contribute to testing activities including unit tests and automated test suites.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Participate in team standups, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
