✅ Assist Partners in diagnosing & resolving product-related issues 🔍
✅ Provide Support via email, phone, chat, and remote sessions 📞
✅ Troubleshoot & Research issues to provide accurate solutions 🛠️
✅ Escalate Complex Issues to appropriate teams when needed 🚨
✅ Document Partner Interactions & Findings for future reference 📝
✅ Manage Support Cases and ensure timely resolutions 🎯
✅ Contribute to Knowledge Base Articles to help improve support resources 📚
✅ Communicate New Features & improvements to partners 🔄

🎯 Who Can Apply?

This role is ideal for candidates with:

✔ Degree: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 🎓
✔ Experience: 1+ years in a relevant support or IT service role (preferred)
✔ Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows & Linux servers 🖥️
✔ Customer Service Skills: Strong desire to assist partners & peers 🤝
✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication 📢
✔ Analytical Thinking: Ability to research, analyze, and document findings 🔍

Preferred Skills:
✅ Basic knowledge of IT, Professional Services, CRM, and ERP markets
