Role Overview
As a Cisco Full Stack Engineer – AI/ML, you will be part of the Partner Incentives team, helping design and deliver intelligent systems that transform how partner incentive programs operate. This role combines hands-on AI/ML development with strong engineering fundamentals, enabling you to work across the full lifecycle of machine learning solutions from data preparation to production deployment.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities 🧠
- Work with AI/ML codebases to support Partner Incentive business requirements
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based backend systems
- Design and deploy predictive models using supervised and unsupervised ML techniques
- Solve business problems related to forecasting, anomaly detection, behavior prediction, and decision automation
- Build and fine-tune NLP models for tasks like customer matching and deduplication
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, BERT, T5, Llama, or Mistral into enterprise workflows
- Develop and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Work with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools like LangGraph, MCP protocol, or A2A systems
