Role Overview
As an Engineer I – Quality & Testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality across Cencora’s products and systems. You will take part in test planning, automation, execution, environment setup, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement activities. Your work ensures that the systems meet required standards, function seamlessly, and meet end-user expectations.

Responsibilities
- Support sprint planning, requirement reviews, and help in understanding technical expectations
- Convert business and technical requirements into test scenarios, scripts, and test cases
- Evaluate testability using BRDs, user stories, use cases, and solution design documents
- Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments for manual and automated testing
- Execute test charters, analyze outputs, and interpret test results
- Use automated testing suites and explore edge cases to improve product quality
- Collect test result data, document system behavior, and assign severity levels to issues
- Perform defect analysis, root-cause identification, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and update test data and product investigation reports
