Role Overview
As an Engineer I – Quality & Testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality across Cencora’s products and systems. You will take part in test planning, automation, execution, environment setup, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities
- Support sprint planning, requirement reviews, and help in understanding technical expectations
- Convert business and technical requirements into test scenarios, scripts, and test cases
- Evaluate testability using BRDs, user stories, use cases, and solution design documents
- Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments for manual and automated testing
- Execute test charters, analyze outputs, and interpret test results
- Use automated testing suites and explore edge cases to improve product quality
- Collect test result data, document system behavior, and assign severity levels to issues
