Eligibility & Participation Guidelines ✅
- Open to students from 2026 and 2027 graduating batches of selected colleges in India with an existing Capgemini relationship
- Participation is invitation-only through official college channels
- Registration period: 20th March to 31st March 2026
- Teams consist of 5 members: one Team Captain and four teammates
- Unofficial registrations will be treated as invalid
Buildathon Structure & Rounds 🏆
Pre-Qualification Round – Campus Challenge
- Conducted on campus for team-based competition
- Two activities in 45 minutes, assessing structured thinking, collaboration, and technical skills
- Top teams qualify to represent their college in the main Buildathon
- Submission: Buildathon Kickoff – Team Challenge
- Timeline: 31st March to 3rd April
Round 1 – Elevator Pitch: Approach & Solution Screening
- Teams present a concise overview of their solution
- Focus on clarity of thought, creativity, and solution feasibility
- Mode: Virtual
- Submission: Elevator Pitch Presentation
- Preparation: 31st March – 10th April | Evaluation: 11th – 17th April
Round 2 – Deep Dive: Detailed Technical Solutioning
- Teams present solution architecture, technical components, LLM workflows, agentic capabilities, and prototypes
- Mentors assigned by Capgemini for guidance (non-technical support only)
- Mode: Virtual
- Submission: Presentation & Demo
- Preparation: Till 7th May | Evaluation: Till 16th May
