Role Overview
As a Gen AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and scaling AI-powered backend systems, orchestrating workflows, and integrating Generative AI models into enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions in an Agile environment.
This role focuses on Python development, Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement workflow orchestration solutions using Python and Terraform
Build and maintain cloud-native backend systems on Microsoft Azure
Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using OpenAI LLMs, NLP, and Transformers
Apply DevOps best practices for CI/CD, testing, and automated deployments
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal system downtime
Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API specifications
Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory standards

Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
Knowledge of Generative AI, OpenAI LLMs, NLP, and Transformer models
Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices
Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Preferred Skills
Experience with OpenAI services hosted on Azure
Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend integrations
