📌 Job Overview

✔️ Role: Application Support – Java / Unix / SQL / Linux / Shell Scripting
✔️ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
✔️ Shifts: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

• 🕕 Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST
• 🌆 Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
• 🌙 Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST
  ✔️ Location: Capco Bangalore – Sarjapur

🎯 Responsibilities

🔹 Provide technical support for banking and trading applications.
🔹 Work on SQL queries, manage Linux/Unix environments, and troubleshoot application issues.
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to resolve technical challenges.
🔹 Monitor system performance, debug issues, and ensure smooth application functioning.
🔹 Assist in automation and process improvement for enhanced system efficiency.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

📌 Education:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Systems, or IT.
✅ Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 with a strong academic record.

📌 Technical Skills:
🔹 SQL – Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.
🔹 Unix/Linux – Command-line proficiency.
🔹 Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) – Basic coding knowledge.
🔹 Shell Scripting – Good to have.

📌 Soft Skills:

🔸 Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication.
