Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for L1 technical support and real-time monitoring of servers, applications, and network systems. This role requires working in 24×7 rotational shifts and offers hands-on experience in incident management, system performance tracking, and operational troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24×7 L1 technical support for servers, applications, and virtual infrastructure
- Monitor alerts using tools like Zabbix and SolarWinds
- Perform L1 troubleshooting and escalate issues as per SLA
- Track system performance and detect potential outages
- Manage client and vendor escalations
- Handle Jira tickets and ensure acknowledgment within SLA
- Monitor Slack/Teams channels for reactive issues and respond quickly
- Participate in incident detection, response, and resolution
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
