What You’ll Do
☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure Support
- Provide L1 support for production incidents on GCP & AWS.
- Deploy infra/applications using CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Terraform).
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker, and batch jobs.
📊 Observability & Automation
- Implement monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
- Develop scripts in Python/Golang for automation.
- Ensure 24/7 system reliability (rotational shifts).
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Ops teams.
- Adhere to change management and Agile practices.
