🔍 Key Responsibilities

| 🛠️ L1 & L2 Support | Serve as the primary support contact for vendor-related issues |
| 🔄 Interface Maintenance | Manage and maintain healthcare system interfaces |
| 🔎 Troubleshooting | Analyze inbound/outbound interface errors in real-time |
| 📋 Documentation | Maintain workflows and provide daily reports as needed |
| 🗓️ Training & Reporting | Attend team meetings and mandatory training sessions |
📘 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or similar field
- Knowledge of HL7 interface protocols
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Scripting, and SQL
- Understanding of hospital workflows and medical terminology
- Good grasp of integration engines like Rhapsody, Elink, AIE, Ensemble, or HIE
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexible to work in a 24×7 rotational shift
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
