Job Role: Associate Software Engineer – Backend

Key Responsibilities

✅ Accelerate Learning: Understand processes, systems, and tools to build a strong foundation in backend development.
✅ Explore Observability: Gain hands-on experience with cloud-based monitoring solutions.
✅ Develop Software from Scratch: Design and build scalable backend systems using modern technologies.
✅ Collaborate with the Team: Participate in team meetings, plan tasks, and contribute to projects.
✅ Code Reviews & Feedback: Engage in peer code reviews to improve software quality.

Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Education: Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) (Graduated in the last 12 months).
🔹 Minimum CGPA: 7 or higher.
🔹 Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on experience through internships or work projects.
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one of the following:

• Java
• JavaScript (ReactJs)
• GoLang
  🔹 Domain Interest: Passion for SaaS, Observability, or Cloud Databases.
