Key Responsibilities as Assistant Manager – ResReco
As an Assistant Manager – ResReco, you will:
- Monitor and manage irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations.
- Utilize SkySchedule to identify affected passengers and determine re-accommodation options.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams, including NP and OCC, to understand the impact of schedule changes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders before and after executing schedule changes and re-accommodating passengers.
- Work on the implementation of Codeshare agreements with a good understanding of GDS and IATA guidelines.
- Collaborate with Codeshare airline partners to address booking rejects and ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and execute UAT test plans, cases, and scripts for onboarding new Codeshare partners.
