Role Overview
As an Engineer, Development (Vibe-Coder), you will:
- Write, debug, and optimize code in languages like Python, Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript.
- Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, V0, Cline) to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Work across multiple technology stacks, including ERP, .NET, Java, and mobile app environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software performance using AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on development, testing, and maintenance projects.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate innovative practices into workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members, mentors, and stakeholders.
