Your Mission: Ensuring Uninterrupted Care Delivery

- Providing L1 & L2 Support and acting as the primary conductor for all vendor direct support needs.
- Supporting the maintenance of existing HL7 interfaces for client healthcare facilities.

- Identifying complex issues, taking ownership, and following proper escalation procedures.
- Adhering to SLAs and meticulously documenting and maintaining current workflows.

- Proven experience with or ability to learn interface engines like (AIE, Rhapsody, eLink, Ensemble, HIE).
