🚀 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop New Features:

• Design, build, and enhance features for the Android platform.
• Ensure top-notch performance across various devices and Android versions.

🔹 Optimize & Debug:

• Identify memory leaks and performance bottlenecks using tools like ADB and Proguard.
• Fix bugs to ensure seamless user experiences.

🔹 Collaborate Across Teams:

• Work with QA, product managers, and designers to implement features.
• Participate in code reviews and share feedback to improve team performance.

🔹 Mentor & Share Knowledge:

• Guide interns and support junior team members.
• Contribute to architectural planning and app scalability discussions.

🔑 Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

• BE/BTech/BCA/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or any related discipline.

💻 Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Android application development.
• Hands-on experience with 2+ Android apps (published or internal).

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• Java & Kotlin: Proficiency in Android app development.
• Android SDK: Strong understanding of core Android components.
• Material Design: Familiarity with UI/UX principles and mobile design patterns.
• Android Libraries: Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Picasso, RxJava, Gson, and Android Architecture Components.
• REST APIs: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data parsing.
• Git & CI: Proficiency with Git and continuous integration tools.
• Multithreading: Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and concurrent execution.
• Android Concepts: Understanding of Custom Views, Accessibility Services, and background processing APIs.
• Architecture Patterns: Familiarity with MVVM and other architectural patterns.
