🧩 About the Role
As an SDE-1, you will:
- Build & operate scalable software systems for cross-border expansion.
- Solve complex, data-driven problems in distributed computing and large-scale architecture.
- Innovate new features supporting localization (language, currency, payments).
- Own systems and contribute to software quality, monitoring, and compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Build tech solutions for cross-border trade at Amazon scale.
- Design secure, distributed, and scalable systems.
- Own the metrics: develop a culture of automation and monitoring.
- Work on daily stability, builds, and system operations.
🔍 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional (non-internship) software development experience.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with distributed systems, web applications, or cloud-based architecture.
