Role Overview: Associate Systems Analyst
As an Associate Systems Analyst Fresher, you will be responsible for providing L1 & L2 support, acting as the primary conductor for vendor support needs, and maintaining existing healthcare IT interfaces. You will gain practical exposure to HL7 protocols, interface engines, and healthcare system workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 & L2 support for healthcare IT systems 💻
- Act as the primary contact for vendor direct support needs
- Maintain and troubleshoot interfaces for client facilities
- Gain hands-on experience with HL7 interface protocols
