Role Overview – Trainee Test Automation
As a Trainee Test Automation Engineer, you will gain hands-on exposure to test automation, manual QA, and documentation while working closely with developers and analysts. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who want to build their skills in RPA testing and automation frameworks.
You will contribute to real-time automation testing initiatives using tools like UiPath, Selenium, and Postman, while sharpening your manual testing, defect tracking,
Responsibilities
- Write, execute, and document test cases (manual & automated)
- Assist in automating RPA test cases built by developers
- Perform defect tracking and resolution using QA tools
- Collaborate with development and business analyst teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on the latest in automation testing tools and trends
- Take part in knowledge-sharing sessions and internal training
- Use tools like Selenium, Postman, UFT/QTP, SoapUI for testing
- Gain working knowledge in UiPath (certification is a bonus!)
