As a Techno-Functional Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting a business-critical portal used by over 300 users across the UK and US. You’ll bridge the gap between technical and business teams — ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and improving workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining system stability.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Support workflows, data integrity, and user management.
- Document solutions, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with other developers (React, JBOSS, API) for end-to-end issue resolution.
