• Production Monitoring: Instrument features with tracing and metrics using OpenTelemetry and Langfuse, while monitoring latency and cost
• Documentation & Demos: Write clear documentation and demonstrate your work to stakeholders
• LLM Integration: Work with multi-provider LLM patterns and implement practical AI solutions

Technical Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Recent graduate with 0-1 year of professional experience
• Strong foundation in data structures & algorithms (arrays, strings, hash maps, graphs, complexity analysis)
• Proficiency in Python or C#, Git version control, and basic SQL
• AI Project Experience: Side or college projects in AI (chatbots, RAG systems, classifiers, or AI agents using tools/functions)
