Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Associate, you will:

- Manage tickets: log, track, and escalate complex issues.
- Contribute to documentation and maintain internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with Content, Engineering, Product, and QA teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
