The Technical Support Associate role is a remote contractual position designed for graduates with a passion for problem-solving and customer success. You’ll assist users with troubleshooting, manage tickets, and ensure smooth functioning of HackerEarth’s SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Associate, you will:

  • Resolve user issues via email, chat, or support channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems on SaaS platforms and assessment tools.
  • Manage tickets: log, track, and escalate complex issues.
  • Contribute to documentation and maintain internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Content, Engineering, Product, and QA teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
