Role Overview – User Experience Designer

As a UX Designer at Xactly, you’ll bring powerful concepts to life—from wireframes to interactive prototypes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver cohesive product experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision
• Solve complex interaction problems with elegant, user-centered solutions
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness in designs
• Work on new features and enhancements across the Xactly product suite
• Apply visual design principles and style consistency across screens
• Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning
• Incorporate user research and feedback into design iterations
