Role Overview – Trainee Software Developer
As a Trainee Software Developer, you will be trained and mentored on various technologies, tools, and practices over 3 to 6 months. You’ll assist senior developers, contribute to real software projects, and gradually become proficient in end-to-end software development practices.
This role is ideal for those with academic backgrounds in CS, IT, or MCA—and a strong interest in developing modern software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support in software design, development, and debugging
- Work on real projects during the training period under mentorship
- Write clean, logical, and testable code using C, C++, Java, or Python
- Develop documentation across the SDLC
- Understand and apply OOPs concepts in practical programming
- Work with databases like SQL Server or MySQL
- Stay up-to-date with development trends and technologies
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to Agile sprints
