Role Overview – LMS Administrator / Learning Systems Specialist

In this role, you’ll support and manage Bentley’s learning platforms such as Bentley Learn and YouTube learning channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, content creators, and leadership to ensure a smooth training experience for global users. You’ll also contribute ideas, drive adoption, and improve overall learner satisfaction.

This is a full-time individual contributor role with global scope and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Manage daily operations of Bentley’s learning systems and platforms
  • Upload, test, and manage training content and system settings
  • Handle learner enrollments, scheduling, evaluations, and session management
  • Create reports, manage permissions, and resolve user issues
  • Collaborate with content creators and instructors for class and content logistics
  • Run QA checks and test content functionality before deployment
  • Provide learner support and timely communication with stakeholders
  • Suggest and document new tools or platform improvements
  • Research innovations and track learning platform updates
  • Use learner feedback to enhance adoption and engagement
  • Ensure quality experiences for learners through optimized workflows
  • Monitor live sessions, attendance, and platform usage analytics
  • Promote a collaborative “One Bentley” culture across departments
