📌 Job Role: Technical Support Associate

• Type: Contractual (1 Year)
• Experience: 0–6 Months
• Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
• Shift: Rotational (including weekends/public holidays)
• Work Week: 6 days a week (1 rotational off)
• Education: Any Graduate (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering)

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• User Support: Respond quickly to user queries via email, chat, or other designated support platforms.
• Troubleshooting: Understand platform functionalities and resolve basic technical issues.
• Ticket Handling: Log, track, and escalate tickets efficiently using support tools.
• Documentation: Update internal knowledge base and contribute to documentation to reduce recurring issues.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Content teams for issue resolution and user feedback.

🛠️ Skills & Requirements

✅ Must-Have:

• Understanding of web apps and SaaS platforms
• Clear communication (written + verbal)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure

💡 Good to Have:

• Familiarity with CRMs/ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
• Adaptability and a customer-first mindset
• Attention to detail and time management skills
