👩‍💻 Job Role: Associate QA Engineer (Freshers)

As an Associate QA Engineer at Worksoft, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and quality analysts to ensure the performance, reliability, and robustness of enterprise-grade software. This is a hands-on role that includes both manual and automation testing, giving you well-rounded experience from the very beginning of your QA journey.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Detect, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA members to maintain product quality
• Support test automation and backend validation
• Analyze API responses and logs for backend verification
• Participate in Agile team rituals like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
