Key Responsibilities 🛠️
- Configure and test Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System
- Set up system parameters and tables based on client requirements
- Participate in quality assurance testing and apply basic SQL queries
- Understand SDLC, system testing and use testing methodologies
- Analyze problems, break them into manageable parts, and troubleshoot logically
