Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating in 2025 with a three-year full-time degree

- No standing arrears at time of joining
- Open to Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India
- Willing to work in shifts and relocate to any Cognizant office

- Write and execute test cases
- Perform CRUD and database queries
- Resolve service tickets
- Work with ITSM and data analytics tools
- Follow SOPs and demonstrate problem-solving skills
☁️ Multicloud Services
- Monitor servers, handle incidents
- Support Windows, Cloud, DB, and Network
- Follow SOPs, maintain compliance
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing
💼 Digital Workplace Services
- First-line IT support to end-users
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Maintain logs, escalate as needed
- Work in rotational shifts, follow communication etiquette
