Key Responsibilities
π‘ Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution β Solve complex Linux-based infrastructure issues
π System Support & Development β Work on Kernel, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Ceph
π Upstream Contributions β Develop bug fixes, backport patches & collaborate with communities
π Technical Documentation β Provide clear and concise reports on troubleshooting and resolutions
π€ Customer Interaction β Maintain relationships with enterprise clients and assist in issue resolution
