About the Role 🚀

Zycus is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its IT Infrastructure Services (ITIS) team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting global clients with technical support.

📌 Job Responsibilities

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will:

✅ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10) and Office 365.
✅ Handle issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
✅ Support remote troubleshooting for overseas clients via MS Teams, Skype, and WebEx.
✅ Manage desktop security, including virus updates and patch management.
✅ Assist in deployment and migration of desktops/laptops as per company standards.
✅ Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users efficiently.
