Role & Responsibilities 🚀

✔ Develop and maintain backend applications following SOLID Principles and Clean Code.
✔ Build high-performance APIs for front-end applications.
✔ Maintain and enhance test suites for software reliability.
✔ Refactor and optimize existing code for better performance.
✔ Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
✔ Write unit tests and self-tests to ensure smooth functionality.
✔ Assist the Technical Lead in reviewing and optimizing backend code.

Required Skills & Qualifications 🎯

Education

📌 Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Technical Skills

🔹 Backend Development: 0-2 years of experience in backend development.
🔹 Programming Languages: Golang, Java.
🔹 Databases: RDBMS or NoSQL experience (Redis, Memcached preferred).
🔹 Search Technologies: Experience with ElasticSearch.
🔹 CI/CD & Testing: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and system refactoring.
🔹 Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
🔹 Version Control: Proficiency in Git Flow.
🔹 Containerization & Deployment: Kubernetes, Docker, Linux syntax (a plus).
🔹 Log Analysis & Debugging: Strong troubleshooting skills.
🔹 Pair Programming: Experience with collaborative coding (preferred).
