Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle calls, chat requests, and tickets as the first point of contact.
✅ Log, validate, and diagnose client requests for IT services and products.
✅ Provide first-call resolution using standard operating procedures.
✅ Escalate issues to higher levels when needed.
✅ Keep clients updated on pending tickets and service requests.
✅ Work closely with resolver teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
✅ Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
✅ Maintain high-quality client service and retention.

🎓 Who can apply?
✔ Minimum 13 years of education (Diploma in IT or Graduate degree).
✔ ITIL v4 Foundation certification (Preferred).
