🚀 Position: Management Trainee – RPA Developer
📍 Location: Pune, India

Role & Responsibilities

✅ Serve as the primary contact for technical issues in RPA development and support teams.
✅ Implement RPA use cases based on stakeholder requirements.
✅ Perform Process Modeling & Re-engineering for automation improvements.
✅ Design RPA solutions using Automation Edge.
✅ Develop workflows in Automation Edge or similar RPA tools.
✅ Integrate automation solutions with upstream and downstream applications.
✅ Guide developers and review RPA implementations.
✅ Work on Python, Java, .Net, SQL, and PowerShell for automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

🎓 Minimum:
✔️ B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE or equivalent.
✔️ Strong hands-on experience in Java or .Net, Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

🎓 Preferred:
✔️ Certification in Automation Edge.
✔️ Prior experience in process automation and solution design.
