✔️ Work with business and technology leaders to develop Operations Research (OR)-based solutions.
✔️ Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
✔️ Develop optimization algorithms (LP, MILP, MDP, metaheuristics like GA, ACO).
✔️ Deliver high-quality OR solutions and maintain documentation.
✔️ Communicate insights through clear presentations to stakeholders.
✔️ Perform technical coordination and reviews with teams.

🔹 Eligibility & Required Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, OR, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Economics.
✅ 0 – 2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
✅ Strong Operations Research (OR) fundamentals – LP, MILP, MDP, metaheuristics (GA, ACO).
✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken).
✅ Legally authorized to work in India.
