Amazon is hiring Device Associate – I for its Amazon Appstore Selection Quality Services (ASQS) team. This team ensures that the Amazon Appstore offers high-quality, secure, and policy-compliant applications across various devices like Amazon Fire tablets, Fire TV, and Android devices.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Application Testing:

• Conduct manual testing of apps to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and quality standards.

✅ Policy Enforcement:

• Ensure that submitted applications meet Amazon’s app store guidelines and maintain a safe and high-quality app marketplace.

✅ Bug Reporting & Issue Resolution:

• Identify and report issues using Amazon’s bug tracking tools.
• Follow up on issue resolution as per SLA and escalation procedures.

✅ Customer Feedback Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze user reviews to address concerns and improve app quality.

✅ Developer Relations:

• Assist developers in understanding and adhering to Amazon Appstore submission guidelines.

✅ Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain Appstore integrity and enhance user experience.
• Follow standard operating procedures for testing apps and devices.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Educational Qualifications:
✔ Graduate in any field (Preferred: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field).
✔ Certifications in Software Testing or Quality Assurance (Preferred).

💻 Technical Skills Required:
✔ Basic understanding of Software Testing (Manual Testing).
✔ Ability to execute test cases for apps, services, and devices.

🤝 Soft Skills Required:
✔ Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
✔ Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
