🛠️ Role & Responsibilities

As a Firmware Test Engineer, you’ll:

• 👥 Collaborate with Teams: Participate in team meetings to understand testing requirements.
• 🧪 Develop Test Cases: Create and review test cases for real-time firmware applications.
• 🤖 Automate Testing: Write automation scripts to streamline firmware testing.
• 🔍 Perform Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression tests to maintain system stability.
• 📑 Support Quality Audits: Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• 📢 Provide Updates: Regularly communicate your progress to team leaders and project managers.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Who are we looking for? 🤔

You should be a self-driven firmware tester with strong engineering fundamentals.

Here’s what we expect:

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• ✅ Proficiency in C#/C++/C.
• 📡 Familiarity with Modbus & DNP3 protocols (preferred).
• ⚙️ Knowledge of PLC, RTU, SCADA systems (plus point!).
• 🖥️ LabVIEW experience (added advantage).

🎓 Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electricals, Computer Science, or Instrumentation.

💡 Soft Skills:

• 🔍 Attention to detail.
• 🧠 Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• 🗣️ Good communication skills (verbal & written).

💼 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome!)
